BPO Process

Clients are offered flexibility in terms of how much or how little of the actual claims processing workflow they want to outsource.
At the most basic level, our BPO Center can perform all data entry for you using our Dual Data Validation method and produce EDI files which are compatible directly with your claims system.
At the most advanced level of our claims outsourcing service, our BPO Center will manage all aspects of the claims processing workflow for you including repricing and adjudication functions.

Highlight: Dual Validation

To achieve optimal accuracy, our BPO Center utilizes a system for data entry validation called Dual Validation. Using Dual Validation, our BPO Center requires all claims to be entered IDENTICALLY by two separate data entry operators. If both operators do not enter the exact same information for the claim, then the claim data entry is rejected and the operators are asked to perform the data entry process again. This process enables us to provide 99% or better accuracy in our data entry process, ensuring that fewer claims are rejected during adjudication.

Claims Archival and Retrieval

Our clients typically process thousands of claims monthly, leading to the need for an efficient method of archiving these claims which is both cost effective and allows for easy access to the archived data.
To address this problem, we offer Archival and Retrieval services for our clients. Through this service, all claims processed by our BPO Center will be archived into a database. This database will store both the scanned image of the claim as well as the raw EDI data for the claim.
Clients can get access to their archived claims through a secure portal site. This site enables users to search for archived claims using key parameters such as Member ID, Provider Tax ID, and Dates of Service. Alternatively, clients may submit Claims Document Requests to our BPO Center for pulling back large volumes of claims.

The application will be hosted on one of your server with IIS.All INTRANET USERES will be able to access the site through LAN using Internet Explorer (IE 6/7) through our user friendly GUI and send Text Messages to single or multiple recipients. The messages will be transferred – encrypted, over the internet.
